The role combines strong technical expertise, delivery accountability, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring predictable execution, high quality, and continuous improvement of both processes and solutions.\nRole :\nDrive coordination Software release validation for our industrial inhouse coding machines\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor validation and release activities for customer-specific customizations.\nActively manage planning, risks, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints, taking corrective actions through replanning, reprioritization, or mitigation when required.\nInvestigate and solve technical dependencies with people in development teams, QA, deployment teams and operations. Assure availability of machines and material for validation.\nPlan and execute validation assuring operational readiness of coding machines at expected quality on the committed deadlines. Incorporate risks, constraints and dependencies into planning to be able to commit to a delivery date.\nMaintain a structured and transparent status of all ongoing validation activities\nManage and follow up on incidents, problems, and change requests raised from operations or field technicians.\nImprove internal validation process and tooling for software release validation\nPromote and apply a continuous improvement mindset, simplifying processes, validation approaches, and technical solutions to improve efficiency, robustness, and time-to-market.\nContribute to the software development of solution in Java\nSupport activities both in the office and in the laboratory, including validation, commissioning, and operational support when required.\nProfile :\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent).\nMinimum 2 years of experience in technical environments involving complex systems.\nHands-on expertise in software development (industrial software, platforms, backend or custom applications)\nGood technical understanding of software engineering domain, enabling effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.\nProven experience in delivery-driven environments, managing timelines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to align stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, handle priorities, and address issues constructively.\nAbility to take a step back and maintain a global overview while remaining pragmatic and solution oriented.\nComfortable working both in the office and on-site (support, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting).\nProactive, reliable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCurious and improvement-driven, continuously seeking to simplify processes and solutions.\nFluent in English; Proficient in French; additional European languages are an asset.\nJOIN US!\nWe offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating industry.
