Sid Lee est également à l’origine de C2 Montréal, l’une des plus grandes conférences internationales consacrées à la créativité en affaires.\nRÔLE\nTravaillant sous la supervision du·de la Directeur·trice service-conseil, le·la conseiller·ère assure la gestion des projets, des échéanciers, des ressources et des budgets associés aux client·e·s. La personne saura reconnaître et saisir les opportunités d’affaires, jongler avec les priorités et établir des relations durables avec ses client·e·s, mais également avec ses collaborateur·rice·s (stratégie, création et production). Le·la conseiller·ère a une bonne compréhension des coûts opérationnels et de production, est passionné·e par la création et comprend bien les différents métiers de l’agence.\nRESPONSABILITÉS\nDévelopper et maintenir une relation de confiance avec le·la client·e;\nDéterminer les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets;\nRédiger des briefs et des réflexions stratégiques;\nCoordonner l’équipe de conception et de production affectée au projet;\nAppliquer le processus de développement des projets;\nFaire le suivi avec la production;\nÉlaborer et faire le suivi des budgets, des provisions et des échéanciers;\nÉvaluer et résoudre les problèmes qui pourraient surgir au cours du mandat;\nAssurer un suivi auprès des client·e·s.\nREQUIS\nBaccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée;\nExpérience de 3 à 6 ans en agence;\nExpérience en gestion de projets;\nCapacité à utiliser les outils technologiques moderne dans son processus de travail au quotidien;\nLa maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requise. Sid Lee also imagined C2 Montréal, one of the largest creative-business conferences in the world.\nROLE\nReporting to the account director, the account executive is responsible for managing the projects, timelines, resources and budgets for clients. This person will be able to recognize and seize business opportunities, juggle priorities, and develop strong relationships with both their clients as well as their collaborators (strategy, creation and production). They will have a good understanding of the operational and production costs, have a passion for creation and understand the different agency professions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and maintain a relationship of trust with the client;\nIdentify the resources required for projects;\nWrite briefs and strategic considerations;\nCoordinate between the creative and production teams dedicated to the project;\nApply project development processes;\nFollow up on production;\nDevelop and follow up on budgets, provisions, and timelines;\nEvaluate and solve problems that could arise during a mandate;\nFollow up with clients.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in a related field;\n3-6 years of agency experience;\nProject management experience;\nFluency in spoken and written French is required.
