years field sales experience.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the Isiolo Region by promoting the Company’s products and services, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and providing technical support to customers.\n\nThe role is responsible for market development and the execution of sales strategies to maximize market share while ensuring excellent customer service and alignment with Company policies and procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the overall sales operations of the Isiolo territory and coordinate all sales activities within the region.\n\nAchieve periodic sales targets by communicating and implementing plans aligned with regional and Company objectives.\n\nManage distributor orders, invoices, debt, credit and inventory levels in line with contractual agreements.\n\nRecruit, appoint and develop business relationships with new and existing customers to grow market share and brand value.\n\nGrow market share through Result Demonstration Plot (RDP) methodologies, ensuring brand visibility, timely product distribution and full portfolio availability at outlets.\n\nMonitor market competition and develop strategies to mitigate competitive threats.\n\nPrepare and submit weekly route plans and reports, including sales performance, demand forecasts and market intelligence.\n\nMaintain an accurate customer database and support effective analysis and reporting.\n\nManage regional collection and promotional budgets, and ensure compliance with the Company’s asset care policy for vehicles and motorcycles.\n\nParticipate in regional meetings and perform any other duties assigned by Management.\n\nQualifications\n\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health/Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of four (4) years’ experience in the industry.\n\nProven track record in distributor management and route-to-market models.\n\nValid driver’s licence with a minimum of two (2) years’ driving experience.\n\nStrong relationship management, negotiation and organizational skills.\n\nHigh degree of integrity, self-driven with a strong sense of initiative.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel
