In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality creative and visual communications that support Side's global brand, marketing and commercial objectives.\nThis role will work across brand, presentations, digital, events, motion and corporate communications. There will be the opportunity to partner across disciplines and business functions to transform content into engaging visual stories.\nWork closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, Communications and teams across Side's global studios and service lines. \nCollaborate with other creative resources, agencies, web developers, event suppliers and production partners where required. \nDevelop high-quality creative and visual assets across Side's marketing and comms. \nApply and evolve Side's visual identity consistently across digital, print and physical assets. \nSupport campaigns, service launches, thought leadership and other marketing initiatives from concept through to final delivery. \nCreate high-quality client, sales and executive presentations, moving beyond template formatting to deliver strong visual storytelling. \nProvide design support for corporate, commercial and financial reporting, including data visualization and recurring reporting templates. \nEvolve reusable PowerPoint templates, presentation systems and visual assets that enable teams to create consistently high-quality materials. \nDesign creative for websites and digital campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. \nCreate motion graphics, animated content and short-form video for campaigns, social media, presentations and events. \nWork effectively with web developers and external partners to translate creative concepts into digital experiences. \nDevelop creative concepts and production-ready artwork for exhibitions and client events. \nDesign booth graphics, signage, graphics, digital screens and supporting event collateral. \nExplore and integrate generative AI and emerging creative technologies into professional design workflows, aligning with company policy and brand guidelines. \nManage multiple briefs and deadlines within established Marketing workflows. \nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design fundamentals with excellent presentation\nand information design skills and capabilities across digital design, motion/video, large-format\ndesign and emerging creative technologies.\nApproximately 3-5 years' professional graphic design experience within an in-house team, agency or similar creative environment. \nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across a range of formats. \nAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. \nStrong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, with the ability to transform business content into compelling client-facing visual communications. \nStrong Figma and digital design capability, with an understanding of responsive and web design principles. \nExperience creating motion graphics and editing video using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools. \nExperience designing large-format, exhibition or environmental graphics and preparing artwork for production. \nStrong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, information design and data visualization. \nFamiliarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies and an interest in applying these to professional creative workflows. \nExcellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nExperience within games, technology, B2B marketing or corporate/financial reporting would be advantageous. \n Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience. \nA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across digital and print formats. \nBenefits\nWhat we offer:\nThe opportunity to join our growing business at an exciting time.\nDynamic and entrepreneurial culture.\nWho we are:\nSide is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world.
