You will work across post-production, production and other internal teams, as well as with clients and external vendors, helping ensure projects remain organised, appropriately resourced and on track.\nYou will take ownership of project coordination from preparation and scheduling through to tracking, quality assurance and final delivery.\nTo succeed in the role, you will need to be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to identify and escalate potential issues before they affect delivery.\nFluent Mandarin and English, including speaking, reading and writing, are required for this position.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProject preparation and workflow coordination\nSet up project documentation, tasks and workflows in line with company and departmental best practices.\nCoordinate effectively between post-production colleagues and other departments.\nEnsure key stakeholders and external vendors receive accurate project information.\nIdentify potential workload or project traffic issues and propose solutions.\nIdentify when additional resources may be required to meet project demands.\nRespond to issues promptly and escalate to senior colleagues when appropriate.\nPrepare and manage workflows across your assigned projects.\nScheduling and delivery\nSchedule and book resources using departmental tools.\nCoordinate multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nTake ownership of deliverables and support the timely delivery of final files to clients.\nAdapt effectively to changing priorities, schedules and deadlines.\nApply effective project management practices throughout assigned projects.\nMaintain clear communication between post-production and other departments.\nLiaise with clients and production teams on best practices for post-production deliverables.\nWork on-site as required by the role and agreed working arrangement.\nQuality, tracking and project control\nTrack project progress against deadlines, milestones and deliverables.\nHelp ensure Technical QA standards are achieved across post-production projects.\nMonitor project scope and proactively flag projects that may exceed what has been agreed.\nEnsure completed projects are archived in accordance with departmental protocols.\nContinuous improvement and team contribution\nWork with senior colleagues to streamline workflows and promote best practices across the post-production pipeline.\nProvide constructive feedback that supports the development of the post-production team.\nHelp evaluate and implement new tools, technologies and processes that improve post-production services.\nSupport junior colleagues and contribute to team development.\nWork collaboratively while also being prepared to take initiative and lead when appropriate.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPost-production knowledge\nA solid understanding of post-production workflows, including working with dialogue and video assets.\nFamiliarity with industry-standard tools such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Adobe Audition and iZotope RX.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel and Word.\nConfidence using spreadsheets and project management software to track project progress and resources.\nAn understanding of scheduling, resource allocation and QA best practices within post-production.\nA strong interest in audio technology and enthusiasm for video games and interactive media.\nExperience\nWe are looking for someone with experience of:\nManaging multiple projects and large volumes of files across different languages and formats.\nScheduling and coordinating resources within a fast-paced production environment.\nTracking project progress and managing deliverables against tight deadlines.\nCollaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nLiaising with clients and/or external vendors.\nSupporting or mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.\n2+ years' experience within a commercial audio post-production environment is preferred.\nSkills\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nThe ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence communicating with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nA proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.\nThe ability to remain calm and adaptable in a deadline-driven environment.\nGood judgement around when to work independently and when to escalate.\nA collaborative approach and willingness to support others while taking ownership of your work.\nLanguage Requirements\nYou must be fluent in:\nMandarin - speaking, reading and writing\nEnglish - speaking, reading and writing\nWorking Pattern\nThis position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.\nThe role will be on-site for the first three months.
