You'll partner closely with Operations, HR, and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure roles are filled efficiently without compromising quality.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving recruiting challenges, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and communication.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.\nSource, engage, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.\nConduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, motivation, and cultural contribution.\nBuild and maintain healthy talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and evolving business needs.\nCoordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.\nDeliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS.\nTrack recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.\nContribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, interview guides, and hiring best practices.\nSupport employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns as needed.\nRequirements\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring.\nDemonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.\nStrong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent.\nExcellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.\nComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment.\nExperience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.\nAbility to influence hiring managers and provide market insight throughout the hiring process.\nAble to work onsite, 8am to 5pm Portugal business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting within gaming, outsourcing, or technology organizations.\nExperience supporting multilingual hiring.\nExperience hiring across European markets.\nFamiliarity with recruitment analytics and workforce planning.\nBenefits\nWho we are\nSide is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world.
