Für langfristige Kundenprojekte suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior d.velop Cloud Migration Consultant, der bestehende d.velop-On-Premise-Landschaften analysiert und Migrationen zu d.velop documents Cloud konzipiert und durchführt.

Gesucht wird ausdrücklich ein Consultant mit konkreter d.velop-Migrationserfahrung. Allgemeine Azure-, AWS- oder Cloud-Erfahrung allein ist nicht ausreichend.

Neben technischer Migrationserfahrung ist die Fähigkeit wichtig, Kunden durch Assessment, Zielarchitektur, Migrationsstrategie, Cutover und Go-live zu führen.

Start: November 2026

Laufzeit: Dezember 2027

Auslastung: 80-100%

Einsatzort: überwiegend remote, einzelne Workshops und Meetings deutschlandweit

Sprache: Deutsch mindestens C1

Vertragsart: Freelance

Aufgaben

  • Ist-Aufnahme bestehender d.velop-/d.3-Landschaften
  • Durchführung von Readiness- und Migrationsfähigkeitsanalysen
  • Analyse von Customizings, Hooks, Skripten, Workflows und Integrationen
  • Konzeption von Cloud-Zielarchitektur und Migrationsstrategie
  • Definition von Mapping, Berechtigungen und Migrationsverfahren
  • Durchführung von Test-, Voll- und Delta-Migrationen
  • Fehleranalyse, Datenbereinigung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Kundenberatung, Cutover-Planung, Go-live und Übergabe in den Betrieb

Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit d.velop documents und/oder d.3
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit ECM-/DMS-Migrationen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Migrationen von d.velop-On-Premise-Landschaften Richtung d.velop Cloud
  • Erfahrung mit Migrationstools, Repository Export, APIs, Connectoren oder vergleichbaren d.velop-Migrationsmechanismen
  • Erfahrung mit Mapping von Dokumentarten, Eigenschaften, Benutzern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen
  • Fähigkeit, bestehende Customizings, Workflows und Schnittstellen hinsichtlich ihrer Cloud-Fähigkeit zu bewerten
  • Nachweisbare Consulting-Erfahrung mit Assessments, Workshops, Zielarchitektur und Kundenkommunikation
  • Deutsch mindestens C1
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • d.velop Cloud Migration Toolkit
  • Hybridarchitekturen, Identity Management und SSO
  • Integrationen mit SAP, Microsoft 365 oder Salesforce
  • Erfahrung mit sehr großen Dokumentenbeständen oder Fremd-ECM-Migrationen
