without architecture and integration responsibility are not suitable for this assignment.\nTasks\nDesign and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture\nAct as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team\nDesign and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems\nWork with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies\nDefine architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance\nSupport security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirements\nSupport audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparation\nTake over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownership\nRequirements\nExtensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture\nStrong SAP HCM background, ideally including Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management\nStrong experience in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors\nStrong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware\nStrong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consulting\nExperience with global / multi-country landscapes,
