We specialize in placing short-term and seasonal employees, allowing you control over your schedule and a chance to explore a multitude of projects.\nWe’re seeking skilled Well Testing Supervisors to join our roster.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee and manage well-testing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of well-testing crews\nEnsure accurate data collection and analysis during well tests\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing operations\nMaintain well testing equipment and ensure it is in good working condition\nPrepare detailed reports and documentation of well-test results\nEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations\nTrain and mentor well-testing personnel\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in well testing within the oil and gas industry\nProven experience in a supervisory role with experience in training and developing well testing personnel\nStrong knowledge of well-testing procedures, equipment, and safety protocols\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills\nAbility to interpret and analyze well data and accurately\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nProficiency in report writing and data analysis\nFamiliarity with the latest well testing technologies and equipment\nCurrent certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO (TDG & WHMIS provided)\nPhysically fit as heavy lifting is required (up to 100 lbs)\nAbility to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test\nAbility to work both independently and with others to support a safe work environment\nWillingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays, and overtime)\nBe local to Grande Prairie or can travel to and from (certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out Allowance where camp is not provided)\nValid Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable crew truck & insurance required\nWhy Choose Sideworx Connect?\nCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive wages and performance based bonuses to recognize and reward your hard work.\nDiverse Opportunities: From large-scale infrastructure projects to residential construction, we have a variety of positions available to match your skills and interests.\nSafety First: Your safety is our priority.
