Working with the Senior Manager, IT team members, and business stakeholders, the Product Analyst provides technical and operational support, assists with platform enhancements, and helps ensure collaboration technologies meet business needs and established Firm standards.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.\nConfigure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, content types, permissions, and standard workflows in accordance with established Firm standards and business requirements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application and collaboration platform issues, including requests escalated by the Service Desk, and coordinate with other IT teams as needed.\nSupport data migration, import, and export activities, including content validation and troubleshooting, to ensure accurate and consistent transfers between platforms.\nMaintain working knowledge of assigned Microsoft 365 applications, including platform configurations, content structures, functionality, and integrations.\nPrepare and analyze reports on platform usage, data quality, and adoption to support operational monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement.\nProvide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including application functionality, standard processes, and technical issues.\nParticipate in projects to implement enhancements, updates, and improvements to collaboration platforms and related systems.\nIdentify and recommend improvements to platform configurations, workflows, and processes, and maintain related technical documentation and end-user materials.\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Modern Work, and other IT teams to support the implementation of established governance, security, and compliance standards across Microsoft 365 services.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of two years of experience supporting business applications and end users in an IT, corporate, or professional services environment.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.\nExperience configuring and administering SharePoint Online, including sites, document libraries, permissions, and content types.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting IT applications in a law firm or professional services environment.\nKnowledge of law firm structure, operations, and business practices.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.\nExperience with Microsoft Viva or other Microsoft 365 applications.\nFamiliarity with identity and access management technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and single sign-on.\nExperience with PowerShell or other scripting and automation tools.\nOther Skills and Abilities:\nThe following will also be required of the successful candidate:\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Firm personnel at all levels.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities under general supervision.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical information to nontechnical users.\n#LI-JW1\nThe target salary range for this role is:\n$84,800 - $108,000 if located in Illinois.Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
