The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal stakeholders, engineering, IT, knowledge management, and marketing, to create innovative AI solutions that drive business outcomes.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in alignment with the firm’s goals.\n\nMaintain a robust roadmap for AI products, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision.\n\nStay informed of advancements in AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructures, and software development methodologies to inform product decisions and foster innovation.\n\nStay abreast of AI trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.\n\nIdentify opportunities to integrate AI across the firm’s application and product portfolio.\n\nManage the lifecycle of AI products, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.\n\nInfluence leadership on issues within the professional discipline and foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives.\n\nDefine and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility.\n\nFoster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of AI projects.\n\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to establish product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.\n\nEngage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on AI solutions.\n\nEnsure that AI-driven products address real-world problems and provide measurable value.\n\nDevelop creative solutions and make improvements to processes, programs, and policies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven products.\n\nOversee the integration of AI models into various workflows, ensuring high-performing production AI and ML products.\n\nImplement and uphold responsible AI development practices to ensure ethical, transparent, and fair usage of AI technologies.\n\nEducation and/or Experience:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product development leadership\nExperience with agile methodologies and product management tools\nDemonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions\nPreferred:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nJuris Doctor degree\nOther Skills and Abilities:\nThe following will also be required of the successful candidate:\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong attention to detail\nGood judgment\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAble to work harmoniously and effectively with others\nAble to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion\nAble to work under pressure\nAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities\n#LI-Hybrid\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future\nThe target salary range for this role is:\n$148,200 - $211,200 if located in Illinois.Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
