Partnering closely with the Business Professional Talent Acquisition team, you'll build creative sourcing strategies, engage top candidates, and develop strong talent pipelines that support both current hiring needs and future growth. If you enjoy research, relationship-building, and uncovering great talent, this is a role where you can make a real impact.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIdentify and engage high-quality talent using a variety of sourcing channels, including extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.\n\nBuild and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, creating meaningful connections with prospective candidates over time.\n\nConduct thoughtful screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for our organization.\n\nServe as a trusted resource and subject matter expert on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and applicant tracking technologies, sharing best practices with the recruiting team.\n\nMonitor sourcing activity, project progress, and recruiting metrics using Smartsheet and other tools.\n\nAnalyze and share sourcing data and recruiting insights through regular reports using LinkedIn Talent Insights and Excel.\n\nStay informed on sourcing trends, market insights, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve how we identify and attract talent.\n\nEducation and/or Experience:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree\n\nA minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition sourcer, or other recruiting-focused role\n\nProficiency in recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems\n\nModerate to advanced proficiency in Excel\n\nKnowledge of state and federal employment laws\n\nPreferred:\nWorkday experience\n\nPHR or SHRM-CP certification\n\nOther Skills and Abilities:\nThe following will also be required of the successful candidate:\nStrong organizational skills\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nGood judgment\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAble to work harmoniously and effectively with others\n\nAble to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion\n\nAble to work under pressure\n\nAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities\n\nThe target salary range for this role is:\n$80,000 - $88,000 if located in IllinoisSalaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
