business metrics, identify performance gaps, and translate insights into\nactionable initiatives.\nWork on customer engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives to improve\ncustomer lifetime value.\nUnderstand customer feedback and pain points, identify recurring issues, and\ncoordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support,\nsupply chain, technology, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of business\ninitiatives.\nTake ownership of business projects and drive them end-to-end, from identifying\nthe problem and planning solutions to implementation and performance review.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, follow up with stakeholders, and drive timely\nresolution of issues.\nPrepare business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support\ndecision-making.\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity,\nalignment, and timely execution.\nProactively identify areas for improvement, take initiative, and follow through on\ntasks without requiring constant supervision.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMBA from a Tier-2 B-School.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work\neffectively with different teams and stakeholders.\nStrong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to bring people together\nand drive work to completion.\nA go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and\naccountability.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to\nsolving business challenges.\nComfort with data analysis and proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple
