We are a solid family of 500+ employees looking forward to more Culture Champions to enable our and their growth stories.\nThe Packing Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machines in the dairy plant to ensure hygienic, accurate, and efficient packing of dairy products in compliance with food safety and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate packing machines for dairy products such as milk, curd, butter, cheese, ghee, or flavored dairy items\nSet up machines for different pack sizes and product variants as per production plans\nEnsure correct weight, sealing, labeling, and coding of packed products\nMaintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)\nPerform routine cleaning and sanitation of packing machines and surrounding areas\nMonitor machine performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities to maintenance\nRecord production data, wastage, downtime, and quality checks accurately\nFollow SOPs, safety guidelines, and plant policies at all times\nAssist in minor troubleshooting and changeovers when required\nCoordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams\nQuality & Safety Responsibilities\nEnsure packing materials meet quality specifications\nPrevent contamination and ensure proper handling of dairy products\nFollow personal hygiene and safety protocols (PPE usage, hand hygiene, etc.)\nReport any quality deviations or safety hazards immediately\nEducational Qualifications\nMinimum: 10th / 12th Pass\nITI (Fitter / Electrical / Mechanical / Dairy Processing) - Preferred\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in packing or production operations\nExperience in dairy / food processing industry preferred\nFreshers may be considered with relevant training\nSkills & Competencies\nBasic knowledge of packing machines (form-fill-seal, pouch, cup, bottle, etc.)\nUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene practices\nAbility to read basic production documents and SOPs\nPhysical stamina to work in shifts and standing positions\nAttention to detail and quality orientation\nTeamwork and discipline\nWhy Sid’s Farm?\nWorking at a Farm is fun, but you have to see it for yourself.
