We are a solid family of 500+ employees looking forward to more Culture Champions to enable every individual’s growth story.\nRole Summary:\nPosition: Production Intern\nExperience: 0 - 6 months (Freshers/Students)\nThe Production Intern will support daily dairy production operations, assisting in processing, packaging, and quality control while gaining hands-on experience in maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in daily dairy production processes such as pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and packaging.\nSupport monitoring of production parameters including temperature, pressure, and hygiene standards.\nHelp ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, labour, and machinery under supervision.\nAssist in maintaining production schedules to meet demand and reduce waste.\nCoordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.\nSupport implementation of lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.\nFollow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the production floor.\nAssist in identifying basic operational issues and escalate equipment or process concerns.\nMaintain and update production logs, reports, and inventory records.\nParticipate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology or related fields.\nBasic understanding of dairy processing techniques such as pasteurization and packaging.\nFamiliarity with SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.\nStrong willingness to learn with a proactive attitude.\nGood problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.\nWhy Sid’s Farm?\nWorking at a Farm is fun, but you have to see it for yourself.
