Join us at Sidus Space to be part of something extraordinary and help shape the future of space access!\nJob Summary\nThe Master Scheduler develops, prepares, and maintains production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives.\nThis is an onsite position in Cape Canaveral, FL.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities\nDevelop, prepare, and maintain production schedules. \nGather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. \nMonitor daily production results and revise scheduling in response to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. \nUtilize ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. \nBroad accountability to make informed decisions regarding build sequence and schedule to optimize efficiency and meet project timelines. \nTriage and provide recommendations related to identified issues in order to enable production to move forward. \nTake ownership of the production flow for assigned products, including reporting progress and challenges to leadership, recovery planning and continuous improvement of execution. \nMitigate risks and manage impacts to ensure scheduling objectives are achieved.\nOther duties as assigned**\nRequired Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. \nFive (5) or more years of experience in production planning. \nExperience in aerospace, manufacturing or a related complex industry preferred. \nProject Management certification a plus. \nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical expertise related to production and manufacturing operations. \nStrong collaboration skills to work with teams across the organization including engineering, production, program management and supply chain.\nOutstanding analytic abilities and strong research skills. \nExcellent data-driven decision-making skills. \nAbility to manage time and projects effectively.\nDemonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Project.\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting or standing in an office environment\nProlonged periods standing or walking on hard surfaces\nAbility to travel Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.\nTotal Rewards and Perks\nAt Sidus Space, we ask a lot of our team members, which is why we give so much in return.
