Here, you'll find a workplace that values both collective success and your individual contributions-offeringlong-term opportunities to grow and make an impact.\nYour Role:\nThe Manager Strategy and M&A works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and coordinates with other functions across the company as required for M&A transactions and strategic projects.The role has two focal points: Mergers and Acquisitions and strategic projects.\n2.1 M&A\n- Proactively identifies and evaluates strategic growth options and business opportunities, including investment candidates, joint ventures and alternative business models, with global scope.\n- Develops comprehensive business cases and valuation models for growth options, assessing stand-alone value creation potential as well as the synergistic impact on overall corporate performance.\n- Proposes M&A priorities and leads, manages and steers M&A processes, including transactions with enterprise values of up to approximately CHF 100 million, to support implementation of the company’s strategy.\n- Leads deal execution for assigned transactions from due diligence and deal structuring through contract negotiation, carve-out and post-merger integration, coordinating cross-functional contributors and internal and external subject matter experts.\n2.2 Strategy\n- Provides analysis and recommendations that contribute to the definition, review and update of Siegfried's corporate strategy, based on in-depth analysis of market, technology and competitive trends in the CDMO industry.\n- Leads cross-functional project teams or serves as a key member of teams comprising internal and external experts (e.g. consulting companies or law firms) for the execution of key strategic initiatives.\n- Leads defined workstreams, serves as a sub-team leader or contributes as a team member for organizational development and operational improvement initiatives, e.g. in digitization or portfolio company management.\n- Contributes strategic and financial analysis to the organization's external communication, including full-year, half-year and capital markets day presentations.\nYour Profile:\n- University degree programs, master's / Ph.D.\n- At least 2 years of consulting experience\n- Previous experience in financial modelling\n- Proven experience working on M&A transactions\n- Fluent in English\nYour Benefits:\n- Flexible working hours make it possible to combine family, leisure time and career\n- You can park at a discounted rate\n- Health insurance: Discounts of up to 10% on additional insurances with our partners for you and your partner/family\n- Our stock purchase plan is generous and individually tailored\n- Family allowance: all employees entitled to child and/or education allowances receive an additional monthly family allowance\n- Child allowance: Siegfried AG increases the child allowance by 10% compared to the cantonal statutory rate\n- Individual further training opportunities by arrangement\n- Pension fund: Our company pension fund is attractive and contributions can be arranged individually\n- Staff restaurant / cafeteria: meals at preferential conditions\n- Central location: Close to the train station with very good public transport connections\n- Exclusive corporate benefits and discounts for our employees\nFounded in 1873 in Zofingen, Switzerland, Siegfried has grown into a global network of 16 sites across three continents.
