Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Facilities teams, you'll manage projects from concept through commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup, helping deliver the systems and processes that support critical client programs and life-changing therapies.\nThis role is ideal for engineers with experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO manufacturing who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and making a visible impact on manufacturing performance, compliance, capacity growth, and ultimately the patients who rely on the products we manufacture.\nYour Profile:\nKey Responsibilities\nLead CAPEX projects including facility expansions, utility upgrades, equipment installations, and manufacturing process improvements.\nManage projects from concept through commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational handoff.\nDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate contractors, vendors, OEMs, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nLead FAT, SAT, and CQV activities, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.\nSupport new product introductions, process optimization, and equipment lifecycle management.\nDrive root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, FDA, and internal quality system requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or related discipline).\n4+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.\n2+ years of direct experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV).\nProven experience managing CAPEX projects and equipment implementation.\nStrong understanding of GMP manufacturing, validation, and quality systems.\nExperience working in cleanroom environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within a CDMO environment.\nExperience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up activities.\nExperience working directly with vendors, contractors, and regulatory auditors.\nTarget Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000\nIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.\nYour Benefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision\n\nFlexible Spending & HSA Options\n\nLife Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability\n\nPet Insurance\n\n401K\n\nFounded in 1873 in Zofingen, Switzerland, Siegfried has grown into a global network of 16 sites across three continents.
