The primary focus will be on analyzing equipment performance, identifying failure modes, and implementing sustainable solutions to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. This role will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Your Profile:\nESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nDevelops and implements reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and performance.\nAnalyzes equipment failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and implements corrective and preventive actions.\nLeads and supports reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) activities.\nReviews and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.\nMonitors equipment performance using KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and asset utilization.\nCollaborates with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize and resolve chronic equipment issues.\nSupports capital projects by providing reliability input on equipment design, selection, and installation.\nEnsures proper documentation of maintenance strategies, procedures, and equipment history.\nIdentifies opportunities for spare parts optimization and inventory reduction.\nSupports troubleshooting of critical equipment and systems across the facility.\nWorks with vendors and contractors to improve equipment reliability and performance.\nPromotes best practices in maintenance and reliability across the site.\nProvides technical training and guidance to Maintenance and Operations personnel.\nAssists in the implementation and optimization of CMMS (e.g., Blue Mountain, MaintStar or SAP PM).\nDrives continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.\nMaintains close communication with site and corporate engineering teams.\nAdheres to personal moral, ethical, legal, and behavioral conduct in compliance with the Siegfried Code of Conduct.\nEnsures implementation and adherence to all applicable SHE and cGMP regulations.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or a related field in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with reliability tools such as RBM, RCA, FMEA, and RCM.\nExperience with CMMS systems.\nExperience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments preferred.\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nStrong understanding of equipment systems, maintenance practices, and interdepartmental relationships.\nYour Benefits:\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nMust have excellent communication skills.\n\nMust be conscientious and detail oriented.\n\nMust have excellent computer skills (MS Office 365).\n\nMust be a team player.\n\nMust be able to self-manage daily work and set priorities.\n\nMust be able to manage projects and prioritize appropriately.\n\nMust be able to adhere to deadlines.\n\nThe salary for this role is anticipated to be between $83,000 - $110,000\n\nSiegfried USA will explore and provide reasonable accommodations to assist any qualified individual with a disability in performing the essential functions of his/her job.
