This role spans the entire PCB design and analysis workflow, making a strong background in both PCB design and electrical analysis essential. You will be responsible for a wide range of pre-sales activities, including identifying customer needs, delivering targeted product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, and supporting customer deployments. We are looking for a results-oriented and accountable professional who thrives in an international environment, while also being capable of working independently when required.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead pre-sales activities and growth initiatives for Siemens EDA PCB Design and Analysis solutions\nDeliver technical sales support, including compelling product presentations tailored to customer requirements, product demonstrations, customer evaluation support, and competitive benchmarking\nSupport customer adoption of advanced product capabilities and provide guidance on design methodologies\nAct as a trusted advisor to engineers and lower-level management, helping customers solve PCB design and analysis challenges using Siemens EDA solutions\nCollaborate closely with Sales Account Teams and technical colleagues to develop sales strategies and tactical plans for business growth\nCommunicate customer requirements to Siemens EDA product divisions and help influence product development in areas that benefit customers\nParticipate in sales and outbound marketing activities, including trade shows, workshops, seminars, and webcasts\nQualifications\nSeveral years of experience as an Electronics Engineer working with both PCB design and analysis\nStrong understanding of the overall PCB development process, with particular expertise in PCB design and analysis\nSolid knowledge of modern high-performance PCB analysis challenges and solutions, including Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), DDR analysis, and high-speed SERDES channels\nExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills in English\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to helping customers succeed and driving business growth for Siemens EDA\nWillingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities to continuously expand expertise in a rapidly changing market\nPreferred Skills\nProgramming or scripting experience\nExperience within the Telecommunications and/or Military/Aerospace industries\nKnowledge of Xpedition, HyperLynx, or Valor\nExperience with 3D electromagnetic modeling\nFamiliarity with competitor tools and methodologies\nSelf-motivated approach to tackling new challenges and learning new tools and methodologies\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens: At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
