Join us and be part of a motivated and dedicated team within the Center of Competence of the Electrical Products Business Unit (BU):\nIn this role you will be responsible for the design, engineering and application development activities of Low Voltage Switchgears. Supporting Siemens’ partners across the Middle East Region.\nIn Your daily work you will oversee following tasks and responsibilities:\nAnalyze tender documents and customer requirements to develop compliant and competitive proposals for these projects.\nPreparation and submission of tenders through Siemens panel builders for low voltage electrification package of the key projects in the middle east region.\nPrepare compliance statements according to project specifications.\nCreate project designs and develop the best configuration (technically and commercially) according to customer requirement & based on the available portfolio.\nConduct detailed design and engineering activities for low voltage projects under execution (preparing manufacturing drawings, BoM to be ordered, network architectures and schematic & wiring diagrams).\nProvide network calculations such as load flow analysis, voltage drop, short circuit and discrimination studies.\nSupport Siemens partners in developing certain application/configuration to fulfill the project’s requirement.\nDevelop selection guidelines and quotation tools to support our partners.\nProvide technical support and guidance to Siemens partners during the tendering & execution phases.\nParticipate in and develop technical documents to raise awareness of Siemens LV Switchgears.\nStandardization of proven concepts and solutions to replicate them as ready-made packages.\nIdentify customer business needs and translate them into feature requirements.\nParticipate in customer presentations and negotiations.\nFollow-up with the Technical Stakeholders to ensure successful project realization.\nWork closely with Sales Team to ensure proper coordination and alignment \nYour Qualifications and Skills\nYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering field from reputable university or college.\nIdeally, you have strong experience in low voltage power distribution systems & motor control centers and related international standards & regulations.\nExperience in engineering, design or tendering of LV Switchgears\nWe are looking for solid work experience of minimum of (3-5) years in engineering, design or tendering & proposals preferably in a multinational company.\nYou have great experience with Software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD and Revit MEP.\nOur Ideal candidate has an advanced Analytical thinking and respective Problem-solving skills\nYou will impress us with your outstanding Presentation & Negotiation skills\nYou enjoy working in multicultural, diverse, working environment.\nFluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
