This role requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K to multimillion dollar projects.\nAs a Project Manager, you will:\nOwn project financials, including billing, cost tracking, and customer satisfaction\nLead execution across all project phases to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality\nManage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously\nDevelop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders\nReview plans, specifications, and documentation to define project scope and intent\nLead and support project teams, including technicians and subcontractors\nTrack project progress, resources, and key milestones; document impacts to scope and schedule\nIdentify and manage change orders and project-specific billing activities\nCoordinate materials, commissioning activities, and project closeout documentation\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and company policies\n\nYou will make an impact with these qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple small to mid-sized projects from planning through closeout, including project financials, scheduling, scope management, change orders, customer coordination, field resources, subcontractors, commissioning, and compliance with applicable safety requirements.\nKnowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams\n3+ years of experience working with commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls, including installation, programming, commissioning, or servicing in a commercial or industrial environment.\n 1+ years project management or coordination, engineering internship, military, or related work experience\nAbility to learn industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet\nAbility to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers\nExperience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project \nVerbal and written communication skills in English\nMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations\nLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship \nHigh School Diploma or state-recognized GED \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociates degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field\n 5+ years of technical experience in the HVAC, commercial building automation controls or fire and life safety\n3+ years preferred Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet\nProject managers who have worked for mechanical contractor or electrical contractors or MEP trade \nReady to create your own journey?
