Goods Receipt & Invoice Control: · Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Note) validation and ensure accurate invoice processing. · Resolve PO-GRN-invoice mismatches and support timely payment release. · Monitor open purchase orders and payables in coordination with controlling teams. Contractual & Financial Governance: · Draft, review, and negotiate commercial terms in vendor contracts. · Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, export control, and customs regulations. · Drive co
