The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Administrative functions to streamline workflows, eliminate non-value-added activities, improve data accessibility, and automate manual processes.\n This position acts as a change agent, combining process improvement methodologies, project management principles, business intelligence, and digital technologies to modernize organizational processes and improve employee experience and operational performance.\nAs a Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation Engineer, you will:\n Business Process Improvement Analyze and optimize administrative and business processes across multiple departments.\n Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization.\n Facilitate process mapping workshops and improvement initiatives.\n Develop and maintain standardized workflows, procedures, and documentation.\n Measure and report process performance improvements using KPIs and dashboards.\n Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify and improve cross-functional processes.\n\n Digital Transformation & Automation Lead initiatives to digitize and automate manual, paper-based, and spreadsheet-driven processes.\n Develop solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, and other Microsoft technologies.\n Identify opportunities to leverage low-code and no-code technologies.\n Support implementation of AI-enabled tools and digital workplace solutions.\n Drive adoption and sustainment of new technologies across the organization.\n\n Business Intelligence & Analytics Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.\n Transform business requirements into meaningful analytics and visualizations.\n Analyze operational and administrative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\n Establish data governance and reporting standards.\n Support leadership decision-making through actionable insights and reporting.\n\n Project Management & Change Leadership Lead multiple cross-functional improvement and digital transformation projects simultaneously.\n Develop project charters, business cases, timelines, risk assessments, and implementation plans.\n Facilitate stakeholder alignment and project governance activities.\n Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and resource requirements.\n Drive organizational change management and user adoption strategies.\n\n Agile Project Execution Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to digital transformation projects.\n Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and project reviews as appropriate.\n Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, IT resources, and project teams.\n Promote iterative delivery and continuous improvement practices.\n\n You will make an impact with these qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\n Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\n 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, project management, business intelligence, or operational excellence.\n Experience leading cross-functional projects and organizational improvement initiatives.\n Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions.\n Experience implementing workflow automation or digital business solutions.\n Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\n Experience with Power BI and data analysis tools.\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.\n Preferred Qualifications:\n Digital Transformation Experience with: Power BI\n Power Apps\n Power Automate\n SharePoint\n Microsoft Forms\n SQL and database concepts\n AI-powered productivity tools\n\n Project Management Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.\nKnowledge of project management frameworks and governance.\nFamiliarity with: Agile
