You will have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the business while working with diverse stakeholders and contributing to key financial activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport sales order setup, billing processing, credit memo creation, and invoice cancellations.\nMonitor monthly billing activities, investigate billing discrepancies, and perform reconciliations against budgeted and contracted values across the Americas region.\nIdentify and recommend process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and digitalization.\nMaintain and analyze financial and controlling reports to support business decision-making.\nExecute monthly balance allocation and distribution activities.\nPrepare and analyze reports related to headcount, financial performance, and Budget vs. Forecast comparisons.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and SAP.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProactive mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2).\n*Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
