The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Senior Controller in a global role, you will be responsible for overseeing SG&A and Central Items reporting. This includes controlling, tracking targets, maintaining a consolidated FC and preparation of the Budget.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nOversee SG&A controlling and ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis and provide guidance on functional cost assignments. \nManage the SG&A targets by identifying, supporting and implementing cost-saving initiatives. \nControl the central IMB cost center and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. \nCreate and manage service level agreements to ensure clear expectations and deliverables. \nDevelop and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis. \nOversee IT project controlling to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.\nImprove and increase efficiency of STG reporting landscape by driving automation and digitalization (create Tableau dashboards, automate processes, etc.) \nSupport global business controlling team in STG’s budget and monthly operational review preparation.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance or equivalent \nMBA, CPA or other equivalent professional certification preferred \n5+ years of progressive professional experience in a global enterprise \nDirectly related accounting and/or finance functional experience with emphasis on financial planning, reporting, forecasting and controlling \nStrategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills \nExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy \nAbility to digest detailed information and bring to a summarized level for executive management. \nDemonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in effective an efficient manor, verbally and in writing, proficiency in English, German is a plus.\nStrong Excel, MS office, thinkcell and presentation skills required.
