The incumbent will be responsible for taking care of financial controlling activities of the business. This role requires a self-driven individual who is ready to pick up topics with responsibility and deliver.\nThe role is based in Gurugram.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nDrive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support effective financial planning and performance management.\nDeliver monthly MIS and business performance reporting with insights on profitability, cash flow, risks, and opportunities.\nEnsure accurate and timely month-end close through effective management of revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.\nPerform Balance Sheet reviews and monitor receivables to strengthen working capital management and support collection targets.\nPartner with business and cross-functional teams to enable strategic planning and informed decision-making.\nConduct financial analyses on SG&A, utilization, absorption, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to financial reporting standards, internal controls, and governance requirements.\nSupport internal and statutory audits through timely data, documentation, and issue resolution.\nStrengthen financial controls across revenue assurance, collections, fixed assets, and working capital processes.\nPrepare management and board-level review presentations highlighting key business and financial performance indicators.\nReview and challenge direct and indirect costs to drive efficiency and improve overall profitability.\nProvide actionable financial insights and proactive risk identification to support business performance and growth.\n What You BringChartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.\nStrong expertise in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nDemonstrated experience in profitability analysis, cost management, working capital optimization, and cash flow monitoring.\nSound understanding of financial controls, governance frameworks, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.\nProven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.\nProficiency in SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power BI reporting tools.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.\nWho is Siemens Energy?\nSiemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) has been a strategic partner in India for more than 100 years and is focused on being the most-valued energy technology company.
