This role involves developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.\n You’ll break new ground by\n Key Responsibilities:\n Implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity policies and procedures.\nConduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses & management across Siemens’ systems and applications (on-premises and cloud).\nConduct cybersecurity due diligence of Business demands and projects, provide cybersecurity recommendations, define cybersecurity guardrails, partner to implement the demands securely.\nMonitor & manage Cybersecurity security incidents promptly.\nCollaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure secure operations and mitigate risks.\nLead security awareness training sessions for employees and stakeholders.\nStay updated with evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare reports and documentation for Cybersecurity dashboard, audits and compliance purposes.\nPerform Cybersecurity assessments in line with ISO 27K & NIST framework.\nYou’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:\n Required Skills & Qualifications:\n Minimum working experience in Cybersecurity: 5 years\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nRelevant certifications (such as ISO27K, CISA or CISM) are preferred - plus - CEH certification will be an added advantage.\nProven experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally within industrial or large enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of security frameworks, threat detection, and incident response.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nExperience in working with teams across geographies\nSoft Skills & Competencies\n Exposure / knowledge not limited to network security, cloud security, data security and AI security\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements such as DPDP, MeitY (CERT-IN) and GDPR\nExperience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) security is a plus.\n• Project management and leadership abilities. \nCreate a better #TomorrowWithUs!\n We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
