This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility.\nThe Team Lead will lead the Cycle Count Team to maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and inventory adjustments. The Cycle Counter Group Leader will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating and transferring materials.\nShift Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm\nHourly Rate: $24.79\nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes \n3+ years of forklift operation experience\nExperience with SAP system. RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications \nAble to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.\nBasic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.\nApplicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma / GED\nForklift certified or able to obtain this certification\n+5S/6S\n+Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)\nYou’ll make an impact by:\nConduct and direct quarterly cycle counts on-time and within the scope of inventory guidelines.\nOperate tools and equipment common to the material handling trade (e.g. manual and powered sit-down and stand-up industrial trucks). \nCommunicate with buyers, planners, and production areas to resolve inventory issues.\nUtilizes SAP & Electronica to look up parts and conduct cycle counts.\nEnforce 5S, 7 Wastes and other lean principles in the team / area.\nHave knowledge of Siemens part numbers, SAP locations, and key areas. \nAbout Siemens:\nWe are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
