Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across financial datasets, enabling effective performance monitoring and decision-making while coordinating with digitalization and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and govern financial datasets used for forecasting, budgeting, actuals reporting, and performance management.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across ERP, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and KPI reports in Power BI and other reporting environments.\nGenerate recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support management reviews, business planning, and performance discussions.\nMonitor key financial and operational indicators, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport forecast, budget, closing, headcount, productivity, and business performance reporting processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, automation opportunities, and data transparency.\nManage access, integrity, and lifecycle of financial reporting databases and datasets\nSupport productivity and operational performance initiatives by maintaining OPW-related datasets, tracking productivity.
