Then we are looking for you!\nAs a E-House Engineer, you are the brain behind the successful delivery of our\nelectrical projects. This entails ensuring that all engineering and realization activities are\ncompleted within the agreed timeline and budget. Communication and responsibility are\nkey in leading the project, from the initial engineering phase until successful completion,\nmeeting both technical requirements and client expectations.\nIn this position, you will work for the E-house team for data centers, which consist of\naround 30 engineers. We are looking for an E-House Engineer to fit into this close-knit\nand driven team. The E-house team belongs to the Data Centre Electrification &\nAutomation department, which manages international multidisciplinary projects. The\nengineering department consists of about 100 plus engineers divided into 7 different\ndiscipline groups.\nYour responsibilities\nThe E-House Engineer is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering process of\nmodular structure solutions tailored to customer needs. This involves communication with\ninternal colleagues, such as the E-House team, LV/MV team, bus bar team and project\nmanagers, customers, and third-party suppliers on tight schedules. The Sr. E-House\nEngineer maintains a comprehensive overview to ensure that all designs and disciplines\nare properly aligned, fulfilling project scope within the agreed timeline and budget.\nSolutions\nWithin each project, the E-House Engineer helps the engineering, manufacturing,\ninstallation, integration, and commissioning of complete power distribution systems.\nThese systems cover medium and low voltage switchgear, transformers, power\ndistribution units, bus bar systems, digital protection, automation, and monitoring\nsystems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. All these elements are\nintegrated into modular solutions like E-House, designed to meet the complex\nrequirements of data center environments.\nCommunications & Stakeholder Management\nAs the E-house Engineer, you help coordinate with internal stakeholders such as projects\nmanagers, procurement, sales, document control, and engineering teams, while\nmaintaining direct contact with clients. Managing site coordination is crucial to project\nsuccess. The role is based primarily in The Hague, the Netherlands, but includes regular\nvisits to factories, suppliers, and project sites both domestically and internationally.\nResponsibilities may also include supervising factory testing and participating in customer\nmeetings. We expect an open and flexible communication style from our Sr. E-House\nEngineers.\nYour background\nAs an experienced power electrical engineer, you maintain a clear overview of your ongoing\nprojects. You are efficient, organized, and able to work under pressure in a varying\ntechnical environment. Colleagues describe you as an efficient communicator with a\nproven track record in improvement projects. You combine technical expertise with the\nability to maintain structure and overview.\nQualifications:\nPossesses 1-2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.\nExpertise in designing distribution substation layouts, selecting components and cabling, and specifying MV/LV termination kits, earthing, and grounding systems.\nSkilled in developing engineering and execution plans for modular structures, monitoring manufacturing progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.\nDemonstrated practical and theoretical knowledge of low and medium voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and relevant calculations (short-circuit, selectivity analysis), with familiarity in standards such as IEC 61439.\nE-House background, on-site experience and Stipel are a plus. - Preferably an EU national with Dutch language proficiency, able to travel on short notice and in possession of a valid driver’s license. \nCompetencies:\nCombines political and commercial awareness with the ability to manage demanding customers and complex stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clarity and trust in every interaction.\nMaintains a creative and positive approach to problem-solving, using open and flexible communication to inspire resilience and high performance even under pressure. \nOur offer\nJoin our team and help shape the future of smart power solutions for datacenters!\nA dynamic position in an informal but professional environment with enthousiastic colleagues who are passionate about their work.
