In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with some of the world's leading High-Tech Electronics companies to deploy and optimize Siemens EDA solutions including Xpedition Enterprise, EDM Design, EDM Library, PLM Integrations, Managed Cloud, and PCB Managed Flow Services. You will serve as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, helping customers establish scalable engineering processes, improve design data quality, and maximize the value of their Siemens EDA investments.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and optimize customer PCB development processes and lead workshops to understand current engineering workflows and requirements.\nDefine migration and deployment strategies for Siemens EDA solutions and recommend best practices for PCB design governance and data management.\nSupport customer adoption of digital engineering processes and lead digital transformation initiatives.\nDeploy and configure Siemens EDM Design and EDM Library environments.\nConfigure design release workflows, lifecycles, approvals, and revision management.\nEstablish engineering data governance and change management processes across organizations.\nConfigure roles, permissions, project templates, and design management workflows.\nSupport enterprise-wide engineering data consolidation initiatives.\nImplement and maintain centralized component libraries including symbol, footprint, part, and component data management.\nConfigure library validation processes and standards.\nSupport AML/AVL and supplier management workflows.\nDrive library cleanup, normalization, and data quality improvement projects.\nDesign and support integrations between Siemens EDA solutions and PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill).\nSupport deployment of Siemens EDA solutions in cloud environments.\nImplement PCB Managed Flow Services solutions.\nSupport Managed Cloud deployments and migrations.\nAssist customers with cloud adoption strategies and operational models.\nLead customer workshops and solution design sessions.\nPrepare Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and technical proposals.\nParticipate in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot engagements.\nDeliver administrator and end-user training.\nProvide technical leadership throughout project execution.\nQualifications\n5+ years of hands-on experience in ECAD, PCB design, or engineering data management within engineering and manufacturing organizations.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.\nStrong understanding of electronics product development processes and the PCB design lifecycle.\nProven experience with Siemens EDA solutions including Xpedition Enterprise, EDM Design, and EDM Library.\nHands-on knowledge of PCB tools including schematic capture, PCB layout, design reuse, constraint management, and design release processes.\nExpertise in automation and scripting languages including VBScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, PowerShell, XML/JSON, and workflow automation.\nPreferred & Good-to-Have Skills\nHands-on experience with Siemens EDA deployment and consulting projects.\nExperience with PCB library migrations and standardization initiatives.\nSuccessful delivery of EDM Design and Library implementations.\nPLM Integrations experience.\nManaged Cloud environment expertise.\nExperience with multi-site engineering organizations.\nStrong customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nDemonstrated analytical problem-solving capability.\nStrong presentation and technical documentation skills.\nPassion for helping customers succeed.\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens:\nWe look forward to your application!
