You will ensure the timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements while effectively managing bid resources and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and company guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development initiatives and strengthen our market position.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nEvaluate customer enquiry documentation to interpret the technical and commercial scope\nPrepare and develop compliant, professionally produced tender responses that meet customer requirements \nCoordinate, review and edit proposal input from various stakeholders (including sales, engineering, finance and legal\nMaintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, bid files, communication and pricing information and compile documentation for handover to operational teams\nAnalyse and interpret contract terms and conditions, liaising with legal and commercial colleagues to complete tender returns and conduct post-tender negotiations. \nWhat You Bring\nExperience as a bid manager, tendering engineer, proposal manager, or in a similar role.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel) and experience with SAP and Salesforce.\nProven ability to plan, produce, and deliver compliant proposals within a complex business environment.\nExperience managing bids for complex projects relevant to a services business.\nExperience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings and facilitating key review meetings.\nAbout the Team\nOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
