Partner withproject andsite leadership to embed EHS in operational planning, execution and decision - making.\nPromote visible leadership, workforce engagement, hazard reporting, speak - up and effective interventions. Support delivery of assigned EHS roadmaps, objectives and improvement initiatives.\nProvide EHS oversight and technical support for planned and corrective maintenance, outages, projects and other relevant operational activities. Support risk assessment and safe execution of high - risk activities, including electrical work, hazardous energy isolation/LOTO, lifting, work at height, confined spaces and simultaneous operations, as applicable.\nVerify the presence and effectiveness of critical risk controls through field engagements, inspections and targeted assessments; escalate significant gaps. Support safe mobilization, contractor onboarding, pre - task planning and operational readiness.\nCoach site teams on applying the hierarchy of controls and company risk assessment requirements. Maintain regular field presence at Qatar project sites (minimum 60% of working time) through visits, audits, workforce engagement and temporary site EHS coverage when required.\nSupport implementation and improvement of company and client EHS policies, procedures and management system requirements, aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Identify applicable Qatar EHS legal and regulatory obligations and support operational compliance assurance.\nConduct or support site EHS inspections, work equipment inspections, internal audits and compliance assessments; maintain corrective and preventive action tracking and verify closure effectiveness. Support environmental management including waste, hazardous materials, spill prevention, pollution control and relevant environmental compliance.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline. At least 6 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in power generation, energy services, oil and gas or industrial maintenance.\nExperience supporting high - risk maintenance, outages, projects or comparable industrial operations.\nNEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent recognized occupational safety qualification. Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, incident investigation, risk assessment, critical controls, contractor EHS management and occupational health risk management.\nAbility to interpret and apply relevant Qatar EHS legal requirements and client standards. Strong influencing, analytical, presentation, reporting and stakeholder - management skills, including working effectively across diverse cultures.\nStrong spoken and written English and ability to work independently with sound professional judgment.Desirable\nNEBOSH International Diploma, CSP, ASP or comparable advanced professional qualification. ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 auditor qualification.\nExperience with structured continuous improvement, EHS data analysis, digital reporting tools and workplace health and wellbeing programs.\nAbout the Team\nOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
