These include:\nProviding friendly 1st and some 2nd line support for employees at all levels on various IT issues escalating problems to the appropriate team or provider as needed.\nPreparing and issuing IT equipment such as laptops and phones for new and existing staff.\nSupport mobile phone issues, primarily iOS, manage user accounts (including password resets, unlocking, and licensing).\nAct as \"Smart Hands\" for hardware support of externally managed services and handle the ordering, issuing, and activation of company ID and access cards.\nProvide Office 365 support and troubleshooting, maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, and assist with both local and SGRE strategic IT project promotion and implementation.\nWhat you Bring\nYou must be studying towards a degree in IT or something relatable.\nA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.\nAble to communicate within a team and across all levels, including Management, Suppliers and External Service Providers.\nProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines.\nAble to work methodically and independently where applicable.\nNumerate and proficient in the use of Windows 10 operating system.\nWilling to learn technical concepts to support new systems and software.\n\nWho is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
