thorough test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and execution reports\nCoordinate QA activities across the team to align with sprint goals and RACE initiative timelines\n\n30% Test Strategy, Automation & Execution\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile and server applications\nExecute comprehensive test suites (functional, regression, integration, and performance) with excellence\nEnsure strict alignment of testing processes with software engineering standards and product requirements\n\n30% Quality Improvement & Collaboration\nDrive continuous improvements in testing methodologies, tools, and QA processes\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects\nAnalyze test results and quality metrics to identify risks and suggest proactive mitigation strategies\n\nCertifications\n\nISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL)\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline\n6-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a
