This is a hands-on engineering role where you will spend 40–60% of your time actively coding and contributing to the codebase.\n\nHow You'll Make An Impact\n\nDesign and implement software solutions as a hands-on contributor, actively writing and reviewing code\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for external stakeholders, taking ownership of implementation decisions\nMentor and guide a team of 4–6 developers, supporting their technical growth\nHelp resolve complex technical and functional issues during development\nWork closely with Product Owners to translate requirements into implementable designs\nEnsure alignment with defined architecture guidelines within the team\nEnsure code quality through reviews, best practices, and standards\nDrive hands-on technical decisions (API design, service design, implementation patterns and code structure) within the team\nOwn code quality and support successful technical delivery within the team\nDeliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code\nImprove team productivity through technical guidance and mentoring\nAct as the bridge between requirements and implementation\nReduce technical risks and unblock delivery challenges\nEnsure smooth collaboration with external stakeholders\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nStrong hands-on experience in software development (8-12 years)\nProven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in agile teams\nExpertise in:\nBackend-focused with exposure to frontend (C#, .NET, APIs; optional React/Flutter)\n\nMicroservices and APIs\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent), including building and deploying cloud-native applications.\nHands-on knowledge of container and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman).\nWorking knowledge of cloud and DevOps ecosystem, including:\nAuthentication and access control concepts (e.g. Entra ID, RBAC)\nBasic observability and monitoring practices\nMessaging and event-driven patterns (e.g. Kafka, MQTT)\nAbility to troubleshoot and support developers in cloud, deployment, and runtime issues\n\nStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach; proficiency in one or more languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL (Flutter is a plus).\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to coach developers and lead by example\nComfortable interacting with stakeholders on technical topics\nExperience on handling Timeseries Data\n\nAbout The Team\n\nOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
