You will work with multidisciplinary teams to test ideas, document improvements, update plant layouts, and share results. This is an entry-level development opportunity designed for recent graduates, and previous professional experience is not required.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nAnalyze high-power transformer manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport investment projects focused on improving factory safety, quality, and productivity performance.\n\nExplore and propose poka-yoke solutions to help prevent quality-related issues.\n\nPerform tests and validations for proposed process changes under the guidance of experienced team members.\n\nDocument, communicate, support training, and help release implemented processes and improvements, including presentation of results.\n\nKeep drawings and plant layouts updated for the assigned area.\n\nResearch manufacturing best practices and relevant industry trends.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\n\nNo previous professional experience is required. Participation in academic projects related to manufacturing or process improvement is preferred but not mandatory.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.\n\nBasic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.\n\nIntermediate to advanced English communication skills.\n\nAnalytical skills and the ability to work with data.\n\nTeamwork, effective communication, proactivity, willingness to learn, results orientation, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility.\n\nAbout the Team\nYou will collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams supporting the production of high-power transformers at our Guanajuato facility.
