You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, logistics, and internal customers to maintain accurate order information and protect project schedules. How you´ll make an ImpactMonitor open purchase orders and drive timely order confirmations, delivery-date updates and shipping information Folow up proactively with suppliers to identify and prevent potential delivery delays Maintain accurate purchase order and shiping information in SAP and other procurement sustems as applicable Communicate delivery risks, missing updates and supplier concerns to the responsible buyer and support escalation plans Respond to internal customer requests and provide clear and tomely status updates on critical orders
