You will act as the primary point of contact for Energy Shop-related questions, supporting internal stakeholders across different functions and helping them get the most value from the platform. Your day will also involve supporting the testing, validation, and implementation of new features and enhancements, while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. How you’ll make a difference Extract, validate, and manage data from source systems (including SAP).\nDrive Energy Shop improvements by gathering requirements, prioritizing feedback, and collaborating with development teams.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues, manage backlogs, and coordinate corrective actions.\nImprove data quality, process efficiency, automation, and AI-supported workflows.\nCollaborate across functions to improve data flows, standardize processes, and strengthen data governance.\n What you bring Experience with spare parts catalogs, product information systems, or e-commerce platforms.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\nStrong knowledge of master data management, data governance, and data quality principles.\nExperience with SAP and managing large datasets.\nExperience with requirements gathering, process improvement, or digital platform development is an advantage.\nProficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar analytical tools are a plus.\nKnowledge of rotating equipment, gas turbines, or industrial service operations is beneficial.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAble to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a global environment.\nFluent in English.\n Who is Siemens Energy?
