Ltd.\nOrganization\nGas Services\nBusiness Unit\nService Asia Pacific\nFull / Part time\nFull-time\nExperience Level\nProfessional / Experienced\nA Snapshot of Your Day\nAs Project Resource Coordinator, you will support the Resource Manager with the day-to-day planning, coordination and mobilization of casual, contingent and other project resources across our Gas Services projects in Australia.\nYou will help ensure projects have qualified and compliant personnel in place when needed, supporting areas such as workforce planning, recruitment and sourcing, onboarding, contracting, payroll setup, training and compliance.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nResource Manager support: Help with workforce planning, forecasting and resource schedules across multiple projects, and flag upcoming gaps or risks early.\nResource coordination: Work with Project and Site Managers on workforce needs, mobilization dates and short-notice changes.\nRecruitment and sourcing: Assist with sourcing casual trade and technical personnel, and work with labor hire and recruitment partners.\nOnboarding, contracting and payroll: Coordinate onboarding, employment documentation and payroll setup so personnel are ready to start.\nMobilisation: Arrange travel, accommodation and site access so personnel arrive prepared and on time.\nTraining and compliance: Keep track of license's, certifications and training, and help ensure personnel meet compliance requirements before deployment.\nWhat You Bring\nRelevant experience: Background in resource coordination, recruitment, project or HR administration, or a similar role.\nOrganisation: Good organisational skills and attention to detail.\nManaging priorities: Comfortable balancing several priorities in a busy project setting.\nCommunication: Friendly, clear communication and a knack for building working relationships.\nPractical approach: A solutions-focused mindset, able to work independently and check in with the right people when needed.\nSystems and industry: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and happy to learn new systems. Experience in energy, engineering, construction or field service is a bonus, but not required.\nAbout the Team\nOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
