Working in an international environment, you will help teams optimize their Agile practices, improve predictability, and consistently deliver high-quality digital solutions that support Siemens Energy's Fleet Operations Management Applications portfolio.\n\nHow You'll Make An Impact\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for multiple software development teams.\nCoach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, enabling stronger self-organization and delivery excellence.\nProactively identify, track, and remove impediments that could impact sprint commitments and project milestones.\nPartner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, refined, and value-driven product backlog.\nCoordinate cross-team collaboration and dependency management to ensure seamless delivery across the Fleet Operations Management Applications organization.\nCommunicate delivery status, risks, velocity trends, and performance metrics to stakeholders and engineering leadership.\nEstablish, monitor, and analyze Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, and Cumulative Flow to drive continuous improvement.\nFoster an environment of psychological safety, transparency, learning, and constructive feedback.\nSupport release planning and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile processes and team effectiveness.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5-8 years of experience in software development environments.\nMinimum 4 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.\nProven experience facilitating Agile delivery within global and cross-functional software engineering organizations.\nHands-on experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments is preferred.\nStrong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities while driving delivery predictability and team performance.\n\nCertifications\n\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II).\nPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).\n\nTechnical & Professional Skills\n\nScrum, Kanban, and SAFe Methodologies\nAgile Coaching & Mentoring\nScrum Ceremony Facilitation\nJira & Confluence Administration\nStakeholder Management\nConflict Resolution & Negotiation\nAgile Metrics & Reporting\nDependency Mapping & Management\nRelease Planning\nRisk & Issue Management\n\nWho is Siemens Energy\n\nAt Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
