You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineering teams to define project requirements and develop effective delivery strategies. This is your chance to make a significant impact while enhancing your project management skills in a technically challenging environment.\n\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nLead the delivery and governance of R&D and ICS projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, business benefits, and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts using OnePM.\nManage project performance across key areas including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Procurement, and Commercial functions to ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong ownership and leadership skills, with a self-motivated and dynamic approach to work.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in an Engineering design/execution environment, ideally in Gas Turbine Design.\nProject Management experience, with certifications such as AGILE or PMP being advantageous.\nFamiliarity with gas turbine products and experience using project planning IT solutions like OnePM or MSP.\n\nAbout the Team\nYou will be part of a highly professional and motivated team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in project management.
