The position focuses on engineering information management, process standardization, system integration, and digitalization initiatives, while partnering with Data Quality Engineers to ensure adherence to established quality standards.\nHow You'll Make an Impact (Gas Turbine, R& D, India)\nManage engineering data models, metadata, and documentation frameworks.\nDefine and improve engineering data management processes, workflows, and governance practices.\nProvide guidance and support to engineering teams on data management tools and processes.\nSupport data exchange processes between engineering systems.\nCollaborate with global engineering, project, and IT stakeholders.\nWhat You Bring\nQualifications-BE- Mechanical/Electrical\nPower Industries, Energy or Mobility industries like Alstom.\nSAP MM/BIM models, mechanical software or electrical designing tools.\nData Analyst, Data Engineering, Power BI, Data cloud.\n3-5 years of experience in engineering data management or engineering systems.\nStrong understanding of engineering documents, data structures, and workflows.\nProficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.\nBasic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nFluent in English.\nExperience in power generation, Mobility, Thermal, EPC, or industrial plant engineering.\nKnowledge of data governance and master data management principles.\nExperience with data automation and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA).\nExperience working in a global engineering organization.\nPassion for digitalization and continuous improvement.\nAbout the Team (Power Generation)\nIn the large steam and gas turbine domain, we offer services and solutions for gas turbines, large steam turbines, large generators, and associated control technology.
