Reporting to the Technical Project Leader, you will ensure our failsafe technologies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.\nYou’ll make a difference by\nLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver the complete ETCS sub-system solution for complex signaling projects.\nCreating and maintaining the ETCS project delivery plan, closely aligning milestones with the Technical Project Leader.\nControlling the ETCS delivery budget to ensure flawless execution remains within financial targets.\nDriving all phases of the hardware and software engineering cycle, from requirement specification to final commissioning.\nSupporting bidding teams by collaborating with stakeholders to design complete, competitive technical solutions for future projects.\nYour success is grounded in\nA Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.\nSolid experience in the Rail Signaling business, specifically with Automatic Train Control technologies (ETCS, ASFA).\nProven experience leading technical project teams, managing budgets, and planning schedules using MS Project or similar software.\nA strong background in requirements management (DOORS), CENELEC standards, and the V-model life cycle.\nFluency in English to communicate effectively across international teams, alongside the readiness to travel when required.\nYou’ll thrive even more if you also bring\nAdvanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, including the creation of VBA macros.\nFluency in Spanish to seamlessly interact with local stakeholders and clients.\nEven if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply!
