You will be part of a high-performing Application Engineering Team responsible for designing, developing, and debugging Calibre-based RET/OPC solutions for leading-edge nodes. Our global application engineering team is creative, dynamic, and operates in a highly productive, small team environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nBe a subject matter expert in computational lithography and build trusted advisor relationships with industry-leading customers and partners\nDevelop software prototypes to solve computational lithography and advanced mask challenges using Python, Tcl, Calibre API, and the Calibre DRC/OPC Platform\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training on Calibre OPC/MPC platforms\nDrive adoption, proliferation, and successful production deployment of Calibre products across the design-to-mask production workflow\nQualifications\nIndustry experience in OPC/Computational Lithography or Advanced Mask solutions\nDirect experience in full-chip OPC tech-file or modeling development\nIntermediate or advanced programming skills in Python, Tcl, or C/C++\nHands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments\nStrong knowledge of photolithography, including optics, resist modeling, and mask synthesis\nMaster's degree (M.Sc./M.Eng) or Ph.D., or equivalent professional experience\nPreferred Skills\nDirect experience with the Siemens Calibre Platform\nSelf-motivated and focused on problem solving\nStrong technical and written communication skills\nImaging processing or algorithm development experience\nDirect experience in Inverse Lithography Technology (ILT)\nDirect experience in MPC or MDP fracturing\nDirect experience in Memory OPC/RET\nDirect experience in DRC/Physical Verification\nIn-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes\nCustomer-facing experience\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens: At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
