Key responsibilities will include:\nOn-site interventions and commissioning: Start-up, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, and temperature measurement devices, as well as positioners for electro-pneumatic valves).\nConfined space operations: Performing tasks in full compliance with safety regulations, requiring specific certification for working in confined or underground environments.\nRemote Technical Support (Hotline): Handling urgent troubleshooting requests and providing remote technical assistance, offering specialized support to both external customers and internal colleagues from other departments.\nThe Position could be based in Milan, Genoa or Turin.\nYou’ll make an impact by:\n complex system anomalies, liaising with customers, and collaborating with the parent company to resolve critical issues.Independently planning and organizing service activities within the assigned territory.\nParticipation in digitalization and modernization projects\nTechnical coordination with internal departments (engineering, sales, project management)\nDocumentation, reporting, and customer communication aligned with Siemens standards\nWhat makes you a great match:\nCore Requirements\nSolid knowledge of process measurement instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature) and positioners.\nAbility to read P&IDs, datasheets, and technical specifications.\nPossession of a valid qualification/certificate for working in confined spaces.\nDegree in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical background\nExperience in technical support, service, or maintenance roles within industrial facilities (e.g., Oil & Gas, chemical, energy, water treatment, pharmaceutical, food & drink\nConfined space operations certificate and authorization\nPreferred Requirements\nPassion to never-stop growing\nProactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset\nWillingness to travel for on-site activities\nProficiency in English and Italian\nValid driving license and eligibility to work in Italy\nWhat you’ll benefit from:\nAt Siemens, we foster a results-driven and trust-based environment, offering a flexible hybrid working model that supports both performance and work-life balance.\nYou’ll have access to a comprehensive wellbeing ecosystem, including dedicated parenthood support, health reimbursement programs, and psychological support services.\nOur welfare offering is designed to enhance overall quality of life, while continuous learning opportunities enable your ongoing personal and professional growth.\nThe Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €42,000-€55,000 annually.
