Long-term work location will be Fort Worth, TX.\"\nThe analyst will communicate and respond to any inter-departmental requests, such as Corporate Team, Fixed Asset Team, Internal Audit Team. The successful candidate will also drive the digitalization of reporting, analysis and planning of plant operations. This role will perform various finance and accounting tasks with direct impact on the financial performance of the plant.\n**This is a hybrid position, the selected candidate can work remotely 2-3 days per week in Grand Prairie.\nYou will make an impact by:\nProvides expert analysis on plant financials in order to improve the results of the organization\nDrives implementation of digital solutions for plant\nPerforms and supports inventory management (including inventory reserve preparation) and cycle count process\nProvides financial reporting and variance analysis to both local and HQ management teams\nHandles Ad hoc reporting for Controller, Plant Manager, Continues Improvement Teams (CIP) and other local management teams\nActs as an advisor that troubleshoots and resolves complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas\nSupports forecasting and budgeting process as well as CAPEX controlling\nSupports Month-end & ongoing reporting including: PUMA/Productivity, P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital Spending (CAPEX), Inventory, Reserves, Warranty, and Journal Entries\nPerform costing activities for new products, BOM revisions, and quoting for Product Management Team\nYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:\nBasic qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in either Finance or Accounting\n5+ experience in cost and variance analysis and inventory controls\n Preferred qualifications:In-depth understanding of Cost Accounting and Bill of Material setup\nExperience in inventory controls and management\nExperience in Variance Analysis and Financial Reporting\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g. V-lookups, Pivot tables etc.)\nBasic understanding of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint)\nKnowledge of Tableau, Knime/Alteryx, Snowflake\nSAP experience-Intermediate level\nIntermediate Leadership skills\nIn-depth understanding of Accounting/Finance concepts\n\nAbout Siemens:\nWe are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
