The role involves close collaboration with development, testing, DevOps Team, infrastructure, and release teams to make software delivery faster and more reliable.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProactively assess existing build, release, and deployment processes to find inefficiencies, manual steps, and failure points, and propose and implement improvements.\nBuild reusable, standardized pipeline templates, scripts, and frameworks that teams can adopt across projects, reducing duplication and onboarding effort.\nEvaluate emerging DevOps tools, practices, and technologies (including AI-assisted automation where relevant), run proofs of concept, and recommend and implement where they add clear value.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps YAML CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects.\nAutomate build, packaging, deployment, and release processes using PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps REST APIs, and other scripting tools.\nImplement and use monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus/ELK to gain visibility into pipeline and infrastructure health.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from a reputed university.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps / DevOps engineering, with practical experience in CI/CD and build/release automation.\nStrong hands-on experience with Git and TFS source control, YAML pipelines, and CI/CD implementation.\nStrong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell or Python, including working with REST APIs.\nHands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory and Azure Artifacts.\nExperience with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Checkmarx.\nExperience managing build agents and Windows build environments, including troubleshooting build and infrastructure issues.\nWorking knowledge of Docker /container technologies.\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure
