We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.\nEHS Professional\nCoordinate and continuously improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, promote a safe working environment, and support business objectives.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regulatory authorities to implement effective EHS processes and initiatives.\nCoordinate EHS activities and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, and safety standards.\nMaintain EHS documentation, legal registers, safety agreements, and reporting in internal systems.\nLiaise with external EHS service providers and regulatory authorities.\nSupport EHS audits, management reviews, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate risk assessments, individual risk documentation, emergency plans, and mandatory medical examinations.\nOrganize, deliver, and track mandatory EHS and H&S training, including additional training following incidents or regulatory changes.\nManage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.\nOversee the procurement, distribution, and inventory of work equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with safety requirements.\nEnsure environmental compliance and reporting, including waste and packaging management.\nSupport workplace safety, employee wellbeing initiatives, and the maintenance of safe site conditions.\nCoordinate CSSM committee activities, meetings, and related documentation.\nWork Experience\nStrong knowledge of Romanian EHS legislation (SSM, SU, AFM, waste, EEE, packaging, batteries).\nExperience working with external EHS providers and authorities (ITM, AFM, environmental agencies).\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and regions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience with EHS platforms (e.g., Cority) is a plus.\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nVery good English skills (spoken and written) - essential for communication with global teams.\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, online platforms, reporting tools, documentation systems).\nBenefits\nWho we are\nWho we are We are a team of more than 74,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
